David Wise is a Partner at Streetwise Retail Advisors based in Houston, TX. David has over 20 years experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on Southeast Texas, the Rio Grande Valley, and Master Brokerage work throughout the country.

As a valued member of the Houston real estate community, and because of his experiences, he’s seen as a trusted adviser to developers, tenants and landlords who value his insights and approach to getting deals to completion. He enjoys helping existing businesses grow and expand within their market and new ones, and to help make retail ideas a reality.
